We are currently seeking an Area Manager HoReCa Channel ( Abruzzo, Marche e Molise ) to join our Global Sales Department . This strategic role will be responsible for driving business growth, customer excellence, and brand positioning across the assigned region within the HoReCa channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of QP and indirectly a sales force, ensuring alignment with illycaffs commercial strategy
- Conduct regular field shadowing and training sessions to develop and support the sales force
- Identify and acquire new high-potential customers, manage the sales pipeline, and close strategic deals
- Ensure at least quarterly visits to key premium clients to strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence
- Guarantee the activation of premium Points of Consumption (PoCs) and Key Accounts, acting as the main point of contact for Marketing to support field-level activation initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the HoReCa or FMCG industry
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Excellent business development and negotiation capabilities
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Fluency in English
- Availability to travel regularly across the assigned area
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
