Siamo alla ricerca di un R&D Laboratory Lead per un nostro cliente, settore Medicale.Key Responsibilities:Product Development: Support the product development with V&V testing activities ensuring that products meet the expected quality and safety standardsR&D Projects: Oversee the development of new devices and the lifecycle mgm of the existing portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for testingLab management : Ensure the implementation and continuous management of processes for equipment maintenance, calibration and safety protocols.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, and quality departments, to align development efforts with company goals.Resource Management: Manage the Lab budget and monitoring workload keep the expenses aligned to the expectationsRegulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations and ensure all activities comply with these standards.What Are We Looking For:Bachelor or advanced degrees (Master''s or Ph.D.) in fields like chemistry, pharmaceuticals or biochemistryConsolidated experience (at least 3 years) in pharma or medical devices R&DExperience in lab management, including equipment maintenance and calibration.Strong knowledge of research methods and data analysis.Familiarity with software for data analysis and project managementExcellent leadership and organizational abilities.Experience in budget management and tasks planning.Up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations and standards for EU and USExcellent soft skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in the international environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial for preparing reports and collaborating with international teams.
