About the Opportunity
Join Exsolvs Young Graduate Program, designed to develop the next generation of leaders in Data and AI consultancy. The program starts with a 6-month internship as a Recruiter, where you will work directly with our managers to identify top talent, learn the inner workings of our business, and refine your skills in recruitment and talent management.
Upon successfully completing the internship, you will have the opportunity to transition into a management role, driving strategic initiatives and managing teams within Exsolv.

Duration: 6 Months Paid Internship (with a clear path to a management position)
What Youll Do?
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Identify and attract top-tier professionals across the Data and AI landscape.
- Organize and conduct interviews in collaboration with our technical teams.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Talent Management:
- Work closely with managers to assess team needs and identify growth opportunities for Solvers.
- Support the development of career paths and talent evolution plans.
Leadership Development:
- Gain hands-on experience in team coordination, community building, and strategic decision-making.
- Lay the foundation for a future management role within Exsolv.

What Were Looking For
- Education: A Masters degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Human Resources, Business Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required, along with fluency in either French or Dutch. Trilingual proficiency (English, French, and Dutch) is highly desirable to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of Data and AI Technologies: Recruiters should have a foundational knowledge of Data and AI concepts, including key technologies and industry trends, to effectively evaluate and connect with candidates in this field.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile frameworks is advantageous to understand dynamic project environments.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Abilities: Essential for building and maintaining relationships with candidates, team members, and clients.
- Proficiency in Tools: Experience with platforms like Excel, Microsoft Teams, and OpenAI ChatGPT is required to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Organizational and Time Management Expertise: Critical for balancing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Ability to address challenges and provide strategic solutions in talent acquisition and team management.
