We are currently looking for and experienced Lead Engineer who can manage (large) offshore windfarm projects, having both a strong engineering but also installation background. Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the engineering, preparation, and execution of offshore projects. Develop detailed method statements to ensure smooth execution of works offshore. Review and validate the engineering departments outputs, including detailed reports, procedures, manuals, and method statements. Prepare comprehensive work-packs for the projects preparatory phase. Optimize and implement method statements on-site and take the lead when necessary. Handle ad hoc project requirements and actively respond to questions from project management. Ensure effective planning, reporting, budget control, and cost monitoring throughout the project lifecycle. Profile: Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Dredging, or Marine Engineering. Proven experience in offshore wind farms installation projects is a must. Willingness to work abroad on vessels or project sites as well as in the office. Fluent in verbal and written English. Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
