Our partner, a key player in the real estate sector, is looking for a Lease Contract Manager to join their expanding team in Belgium. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with significant growth potential.
Your Role:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of lease contracts, ensuring compliance and proper management throughout their duration.
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, handling negotiations and managing any disputes.
- Manage contracts within the companys document management system, ensuring regular updates and proper storage.
- Maintain strong relationships with external parties related to lease contracts.
- Handle the legal and administrative follow-up of contracts, alerting management to potential risks or opportunities for renegotiation.
- Analyze the financial impact of early contract terminations.
- Oversee rental payments and ensure compliance with tax obligations.
What We Expect:
- A Master''s degree in Law or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in contract management, ideally in the real estate sector.
- Proficiency with standard office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and Dutch. English is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously while being a proactive team player.
