Responsibilities:
-Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on various mobile phone models, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems;
-Perform repairs on devices, such as screen replacements, battery replacements, and other component repairs;
-Conduct thorough testing to ensure that repairs meet quality standards and are fully functional;
-Communicate with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and costs in a professional manner;
-Maintain an organized and clean workstation, managing tools and equipment.
Requirements:
-Certification in electronics, mobile device repair, or a related field is preferred;
-Proven experience as a mobile phone repair technician, with expertise in both hardware and software troubleshooting;
-Familiarity with various mobile phone brands and models, including iOS and Android systems;
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
-Basic computer skills for record-keeping and customer communication;
-Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude;
-Fluent in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
