As our Account Manager , you are ETAPs ambassador in the Brussels and Walloon Brabant region. You build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, engineering firms, installers, facility managers, and project owners. With your technical insight and commercial drive, you identify needs and deliver customer-oriented lighting solutions - from general to emergency lighting. You will be active across diverse sectors such as healthcare, office buildings, schools , and sports facilities , positioning ETAP as a trusted partner for sustainable lighting in both new construction and renovation projects. You guide your clients through the full process - from prospecting to delivery and aftercare - and act as a reliable advisor every step of the way. You also play a key role in promoting our Light-as-a- Service (LaaS) model in the region. Your focus You actively identify new projects and opportunities in your region You analyse the customers technical context and offer tailored lighting solutions (including systems and financing) You collaborate closely with internal experts (inside sales, lighting design, mechanical engineering) You manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to delivery and aftercare You strengthen our network of strategic partners and reactivate existing customers Your profile You are an energetic relationship builder with a technical mindset and commercial ambition. You enjoy meaningful conversations but are also focused on delivering real solutions. With your natural persuasiveness and customer focus, you easily connect with a wide range of stakeholders.
