Job Description As part of the FP&A team of the parent company in Spain, the role will be responsible for Management Control and Reporting of the company.
Main Responsibilities Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of the company''s annual budget. Regular forecast preparation and variance analysis. Support in defining the company''s strategy. Preparation of financial reports and monthly reporting along with key KPIs. Review and preparation of monthly accounting closings and variance analysis. Cost-benefit analysis for new investments or hires. Cost control and deviation analysis. Implementation of improvement processes. Liaison with headquarters. Support the fleet department for decision-making.
Job Requirements Degree in Business Administration and Management. Minimum of 5 years experience
in similar roles within Finance Departments of multinational companies. Experience in reporting within a multinational environment. Team management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent Excel database management skills. High level of
English
and
Spanish .
Desirable Requirements: Knowledge of Italian. Knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Knowledge of tax regulations. Experience with SAP and Quiter.
