Main purpose of the position:
RCM supports or handles the execution of category strategies defined by Team Lead on a local, regional or global basis. RCM participates and contributes into strategy development. RCM brings expertise directly to the day to day work in Local, regional or global basis.
RCM is primarily responsible for understanding local business and supply markets, so as to fulfil global and local purchasing needs, support local implementation, and local stakeholder management on an ongoing basis.
RCM supports Team Lead with operational tasks related to various projects, e.g. supplier evaluation, price fixing, daily SRM, contract management, contract implementation, claims and returns handling, negotiations etc.
RCM is expected to provide best ratio between price, quality and deliveries for all goods and services in scope of responsibility and requires close cooperation with the Global & Regional Senior Management, Group & Regional Category Directors, Global Category Manager, Country Procurement members, as well as, with other relevant stakeholders in Carlsberg Group''s central and local business units. RCM must ensure that the maximum value is being extracted through sound stakeholder engagement, value propositions to suppliers, adherence and compliance to Groups policies, procedures etc.
RCM delivers country category value improvement initiatives as agreed with the Team Lead. This may be delivered leading / working with cross functional teams.
