We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with a strong focus on new business acquisition. You will be responsible for generating and closing new opportunities, engaging with high-value clients, preparing compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a steady flow of deals through the sales pipeline. We are looking for a natural sales hunter who thrives on pursuing and closing new business opportunities.

This is an opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies , negotiate six-digit contracts, and travel to conferences and client meetings across the US to Asia. From day one, take ownership of building a strong pipeline of enterprise clients, leveraging all available resources, including your own professional network.
Drive lead generation efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential customers and scheduling intro meetings with key decision-makers.
Qualify leads effectively, ensuring they align with our ideal customer profile and business objectives.
Represent Callstack on business trips, meeting prospective clients and attending top industry conferences to strengthen our market presence.
4+ years of proven and successful track record of enterprise B2B services sales in IT.
~ Strong experience in finding new business opportunities, lead generation, lead management, and closing deals.
~ A proactive, self-driven approach to clients.
~ Fluent English and Polish skills (written and spoken); High-Value Contract Negotiations : Opportunity to negotiate six-digit contracts.
