Youll work full-time for one of their flagship clients, directly inside their marketing team with all the backup you need from your colleagues at HQ.
About the Role
As Marketing Technology Consultant, you sit right between marketing and IT. Youll translate marketing goals into technical solutions and make sure the tools are doing what they should smoothly, smartly, and at scale.
Youll work mainly with a CRM/marketing automation platform and a real-time decisioning engine personalisation, segmentation, customer journeys, you name it. You dont need to code, but you do get hands-on with tools and logic, so youre not dependent on IT for every tweak.
What Youll Do
Own and evolve the CRM + decisioning tool roadmap
Translate marketing wishes into actionable tech requirements
Create IT and marketing briefs based on business priorities
Give internal presentations to align stakeholders
Manage feature rollout: from planning to testing to evaluation
Dive into tooling: adjust logic, rules, and targeting setups
Understand the martech architecture and how tools work together
Spot improvement opportunities and support daily operations
Document what you build and help others onboard
What Were Looking For
25 years experience in CRM, marketing automation, or martech
Youre great at connecting dots between marketing needs and technical flows
You enjoy taking ownership and helping teams move faster
You can write clear, structured requirements (even for IT people )
Youre not afraid to explore tools yourself no waiting on others
Experience with real-time personalisation and decisioning tools is a big plus
Fluent in English, and Dutch or French

Salary: 2.800 3.900 gross/month (depending on experience & package choices)
