What you''ll be doing day to dayBut what is Trainee? In this case, it is a person who will be included in a training and development process alongside the P&C Manager for a certain period of time with the goal of acquiring all the necessary skills to cover that role in the future. You will support the P&C Manager and be a business partner for Managers and Leaders of the Unit to contribute to the unit management team to ensure People strategies are locally implemented into action in the most effective and efficient way.
