As we continue down this new and ambitious path, unique opportunities will present themselves, both professionally and personally.Join us, the future is ours to shape!Define and implement the Customer Engagement (CE) data strategy, CE data operating model, in alignment with CE subdomains and platform teams, to enable 360 view of the customer and data-driven decision making.Oversight of Customer Engagement and Commercial Data assets to provide business users with high-quality data that is easily accessible in a consistent manner.Own CE Data Governance processes to ensure data harmonization, quality, and availability.Job DescriptionMajor accountabilities:Define Customer Engagement data strategy based on business use casesDefine operating model and ensure collaboration and alignment between Customer Engagement, Business (Global Region Country) and technology functionsDevelop and implement data governance processes to ensure data harmonization, quality, and availabilityDevelop and implement demand management process to ensure demand prioritization based on business needs and prioritiesDesign and maintain a robust data catalog, organizing data assets for easy discovery, understanding, and accessibility by data users across the organization.Define data standards and ensure adoption across Customer Engagement domain.Execute the policies and standards established by the global data governance program.Work with Customer Engagement sub domains to ensure data from different channels is integrated in the global data hub to support and improve Omnichannel Engagement strategy through insights generation, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights, recommendations, and strategic direction on leveraging customer data for targeted customer engagement initiatives.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure relevant data sources are identified, properly integrated and available for reporting and analysis, to enable data-driven decision making.Collaborate closely with Global Platform Architectural teams to develop global data platforms, define reporting and analytical layers, ensuring they are fit for purpose and support business use casesHelp to identify ways to use data to drive enterprise objectives.Develop and implement data-driven customer engagement initiatives that leverage customer insights, preferences, and behaviors to drive growth and business objectives.Carry out change management and communication activities to ensure adoption and engagement.Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards, working closely with the legal, compliance, security and regulatory teams.Key performance indicators:Improve Business / user satisfaction around Data InsightsImplement efficiencies (harmonize Data Insights platforms)Improved data quality and availability.Increase use of data to make decisions.Minimum Requirements:Work Experience:8+ years of relevant experience in Data Strategy, Governance, Data Products, Data Architecture, Data Science and Data Value with a focus in life sciences industrySkills:Strong business acumen and strategic thinking plus a solid experience with data roadmaps, blueprints, and designing programs.Familiarized with data architectures.Know commercial data in pharma: 3rd party data, Omnichannel Engagement data, activity data, sales...Up to date with industry trends and best practices in the data insights spaceStrong working knowledge of data governance frameworks, policies, and regulations, particularly in the pharma industry.Strong understanding of data managementStrong understanding of data in the commercial space, specially Omnichannel platforms and CRM systemsExcellent leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams in a global environmentDemonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Understanding of data privacy and security regulationsLanguages :English.Youll receive:Breakdown of benefits received in this role.
