Summary of Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities: The Proposals Coordinator works as part ofthe global Business Acquisition Unit and supports all aspects ofresponding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and creating proposalsand pitches, including developing drafts, finalizing the endproduct, overseeing submission to the client or prospective client,and follow-up to determine the result. Monitor electronic proposalintake forms and take on or assign projects as appropriate, basedon the location or the practice mix of the RFP, proposal, or pitchand the workload of other team members. Draft and coordinatesubmissions of RFP responses, proposals, and pitches. Work as partof the Business Acquisitions Unit and actively contribute to thecreation and management of content that is responsive to lawyer,practice, Firm, and client needs. Adhere to and communicate bestpractices and conformance with Firm identity standards. RequiredQualifications: - University-level degree. - Minimum of three (3)years of experience in a business and/or professional servicesenvironment; law firm experience preferred. - Ability to fluentlyspeak, write and read English and French; must be a native Frenchspeaker.
