Freelance CLM Business Process Expert Remote

We are looking for an experienced Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Business Process Expert to support a major global CLM platform implementation. This freelance role is focused on process optimization, system alignment, and data migration across multiple business functions. Role: Freelance CLM Business Process Expert

Location: Remote (occasional workshops may require travel)

Contract Type: Freelance / Project-Based (via ABservices payroll)

Duration: Until 31 December 2025

Rate: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Support or lead workstreams within a global CLM platform rollout
• Assist in system configuration, migration of legacy data (including Ariba), and template/clause library improvements
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and IT to define and document end-to-end contract management processes
• Contribute to workshops, testing, and change management initiatives
• Promote global process standardization and best practices
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in contract management processes and systems
• Hands-on involvement in CLM platform implementation projects (e.g., Icertis, Agiloft, SirionLabs or similar)
• Familiarity with process design, system configuration, data migration, testing, and user training
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Effective communicator with the ability to work across diverse teams and functions
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in complex environments
