The Role
Were looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior CGI Producer to join our Content Studio in Europe. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their production career whos eager to learn, stay organized, and collaborate with creative teams to bring high-quality visual content to life.
In this role, you''ll work alongside experienced producers, CGI artists, retouchers and designershelping manage the flow of creative projects while building up your skills in production, CGI, and brand content creation. Always with an eye for quality, keeping track of budget, scope and schedule is your happy place optimising processes to solve a problem before it arises.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of CGI and motion-based brand content.
Assist with timelines, project documents, and resource tracking across multiple projects.
Collaborate with internal creative teams including CGI Artists, Motion Designers, and Retouchers.
Participate in meetings and help communicate project updates to client services and creative leads.
Learn how to manage production tools, documentation (like POs, NDAs, and estimates), and supplier coordination.
Grow your understanding of production workflows in a fast-paced, global creative environment.
Skills and Abilities
~1-2 years of experience working in the 3D space ideally producing brand and packaging content.
~ Some previous experience in production, project coordination, digital content, or creative studios
~ A natural organizer with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
~ Interest in the world of CGI, motion design, branding, or packaging.
~ Strong communication skills in Englishboth spoken and written.
~ A team player whos curious and eager to grow.
~ Proficient in MS Office Suite plus project management tools
Nice to haves...
Exposure to creative agencies or pre/post-production & shooting of video and photo content.
Interest in brand or packaging centric creative agencies.
Portfolio of work with CPG or Retail brands.
Interest or experience in the implementation of project management tools and systems ( ShotGrid, Workfront)
