Working within our Case Management team, you will beworking on the NPL / UTP loans. The person will be part of a teamresponsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of borrowerconnections, interfacing with Private Equity clients, and meetingtheir objectives and time frames. Responsibilities: - With theguidance of (Senior) Asset Managers, provide assistance on aportfolio of borrower connections requiring effective and efficientmanagement; - Provide active support in the day-to-day managementof underlying assets securing loans, including implementation ofstrategies for debt recovery and ongoing management of securedassets in a timely fashion; - Support in drafting succinct creditapplications for discussion and review with the client; - Ensureall MI systems are always kept up to date and accurate; - Assist(Senior) Asset Managers in the preparation and organisation ofborrower meetings - Help in preparation of internal and externalreports. Experience & Personal Attributes - University degreein Banking or Economics/Finance/Private Equity; - Good financialanalytics skills with the ability to understand audited financialaccounts, management accounts and financial forecasts an advantage;- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages (with key focus onExcel) with the ability to learn quickly other relevant systems; -Fluent in English and Italian; both written and spoken (any otherlanguage would be considered as an asset); - Ability to work underpressure and meet tight deadlines; - Attention to details andability to prioritise workloads and manage timescales; - Effectiveteam player and eager to learn.
