Our ongoing investment in R&D ensures a continuous flow of APIs and the timely introduction of new products.Main Responsibilities and ActivitiesIn the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T) Department, we are seeking a talented professional to report to the Site General Manager at our Caronno Pertusella (VA) and Villanterio (PV) sites. Key responsibilities include:Leading the MS&T team to provide technical and scientific support for manufacturing activities, focusing on process improvement and problem-solving.Collaborating with other functions to manage product manufacturing processes effectively.Working with R&D to ensure robust industrialization, scaling, validation, and reliability during new product development.Participating in change management processes to ensure all process and technology changes comply with company procedures and cGMP standards.Supporting manufacturing teams during anomalies or deviations, providing technical guidance.Driving strategies for line optimization, cost reduction, competitiveness, new product introduction, and transfer projects.Translating site plans into detailed production schedules in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.Optimizing workflows and implementing processes for new product manufacturing.Aligning strategies with changing business needs.Maintaining product quality, environmental standards, and regulatory compliance.Staying informed on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.Participating in global project groups and sharing best practices across the network.Executing product transfers and material changes within the function''s scope.Ensuring workforce safety, health, and well-being.Fostering employee engagement, motivation, and providing proper training to ensure a competent team.Leading the MS&T management team, monitoring performance, and developing talent.Acting as a key member of the site management team and promoting cross-site collaboration.RequirementsDegree in Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent; PhD preferred.Experience ensuring Quality Management System compliance, GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity standards.Commitment to environmental, health, safety regulations, and legal obligations.Alignment with company ethical standards and values.Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a similar role.Fluent in English and Italian.What We OfferWe care about our employees and offer various benefits, including:Daily meal vouchersFlexible working arrangements for caregivers and parentsRecognition programsWelfare platform accessAn inclusive, multicultural work environmentOpportunities for continuous learning and development, including access to LinkedIn LearningContract Type: Long-term contractLocation and Schedule:Caronno Pertusella (VA), Monday to Friday, with visits to Villanterio (PV)Teva''s Commitment to Equal OpportunitiesTeva is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of age, race, religion, health, identity, gender expression, or any other protected status under applicable laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
