This role manages mid-size and larger translation project process flows throughout their complete lifecycle, assigning and managing linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers.Main ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and perform risk management of projects.Allocate linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers to projects.Track project progress to ensure quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence.Manage day-to-day client relationships, including status reports and project solutions.Facilitate effective communication within the project team.Ensure completion of all project-related administrative and financial processes.Collect KPI data for assigned clients.Drive innovation in project management processes.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities2 to 5+ years proven project management experience, preferably in localization.Experience with CAT/TMS tools is required.Experience working with life-sciences clients is preferred.Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills.Excellent communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal).Proficiency in MS Office suite.Education and ExperienceBachelor''s degree or equivalent, along with relevant formal qualifications.Previous experience (2 to 5+ years) demonstrating the required skills and knowledge.Our mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
