Since 2007, we have driven sustainable development through our commitment to innovation, quality, and environmental responsibility.As we continue to grow in the Italian market, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our EPC team in Milan, focusing on Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar PV projects across the Lombardy region. This role requires proven experience managing large industrial rooftop PV systems (>400/500 kW) on commercial or industrial buildings.We value teamwork, integrity, and sustainability. If you''re a proactive, solutions-oriented project manager passionate about renewables and looking to make a real impact, wed like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Lead C&I solar projects from development handover through to commissioning, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in scopeConduct site surveys to assess structural and electrical feasibility, rooftop conditions, and connection pointsCollaborate with engineering and design teams to review client documentation and optimize system design and bill of materialsSupport in the preparation and continuous monitoring of detailed project budgetsDevelop and maintain project timelines and programme of works (PoW)Supervise and coordinate site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure adequate resource allocation and site presenceDrive project execution with a strong focus on QHSE compliance and best practicesDraft and manage supplier and subcontractor contractsPrepare and deliver regular progress reports for both internal and client stakeholdersIdentify project risks and proactively resolve site issues in collaboration with field teamsManage relationships with clients, local authorities, and third-party stakeholdersOversee project handover to the Operations & Maintenance teamActively participate in internal process improvements and cross-functional collaborationRequirements:Bachelor''s or Masters degree in EngineeringFluent in Italian ( level) and professional English proficiencyMinimum 4 years of experience in PV construction management, with solid exposure to C&I installationsProven track record delivering large industrial rooftop systems (>400/500 kW)Strong understanding of PV design, grid connections, permitting, and executionConfident with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and budgetingDesirable:Familiarity with BESS solutions is a plusAvailability to travel within Lombardy to visit various project sitesSpanish skills are a plus, though not mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
