Were looking for a Site Director with 2+ years of proven experience leading operations in a call or contact center within an international environment . As Site Director, youll oversee site performance, drive operational excellence, and lead a multicultural team to deliver top-tier service to our global clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and develop site teams to achieve service, quality, and performance goals
Ensure compliance with client KPIs, SLAs, and internal standards
Foster a positive work culture that supports employee engagement and retention
Monitor operational efficiency and lead continuous improvement efforts
Constant and direct contact with the clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Director or equivalent leadership role in a call/contact center (international scope)
Exceptional communication skills in English, Spanish, and French
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Proven ability to lead large teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
