From design to delivery, you will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Working closely with both internal teams and international partners, your key responsibilities will include:Managing the full lifecycle of store openings, renovations, and refits worldwideEnsuring adherence to brand architectural guidelines and design conceptsBuilding and monitoring detailed project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met remotely or onsiteCreating and managing project budgets across countries, while considering local constraintsActing as a liaison between service providers, suppliers, consultants, and local architectsGuaranteeing brand consistency across markets (design, customer experience, quality standards)Overseeing construction phases remotely or during international travelProviding regular project reporting and maintaining smooth communication with headquartersEducation & ExperienceMasters degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field4 to 7 years of experience managing retail/store design and planning projects, ideally in luxury, fashion, or hospitality sectorsIdeal CandidateSolid understanding of design, technical and operational challenges in the retail environmentAutonomous and organized , with a strong results-driven mindsetProven experience in leading international and/or multicultural projectsFluent in English (spoken and written)Comfortable using project planning tools (Gantt charts, Excel, collaborative platforms)Skilled in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite , etc.Familiar with construction and fit-out standards specific to luxury retailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills , with sound budget management experienceExcellent interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and rally teams around a visionWhy Join LUCA Consulting?At LUCA, we offer the chance to contribute to high-profile international projects in a demanding yet rewarding environment.
