We invite dedicated professionals to be part of our team.AccountabilitiesPerform on-site corrective and preventive maintenance in accordance with contractual KPIs.Provide on-site support to Customer Maintenance personnel.Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance.Conduct first-level troubleshooting for onsite issues.Download logs and dump files from equipment and perform initial analysis.Ensure local stock availability and activate repair processes.Prepare technical reports on maintenance and system performance for customers.Analyze and resolve technical issues, including critical failures and obsolescence.Activate escalation procedures to Engineering or Development departments for major failures.Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures.Manage hand-over processes between Commissioning and Maintenance teams.Required Skills / KnowledgeExperience with railway equipment and environments.Testing and fault finding expertise.Incident and accident investigation skills.Knowledge of relevant technologies and tendering processes.Maintenance organizational effectiveness.Understanding of railway safety rules and regulations.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in maintenance tools and computer platforms.Valid driving license.Based in Verona, covering North-East Italy (Veneto, Trentino, Friuli) and Austria.Education / QualificationsHigh School diploma or degree in Electronics or Electrotechnics.Intermediate proficiency in English.At Hitachi Rail, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment.
