As Senior Technical Manager you will be working in an international team providing technical expertise on drug product manufacturing and packaging process design, process - and cleaning validation and resolution of technical issues. You will act as responsible Technical Transfer Lead to facilitate Product Transfers for legacy and new development products, perform due diligence evaluations for new projects and act as MS&T representative in an assigned Supplier Relationship Team (SRT) to provide technical and scientific process support. Your Key Responsibilities: Represent the technical interface to external supplier to ensure robust product process capability Participate in supplier- and product evaluation and selection process Responsible for validation oversight at the external supplier Ensure successful and well-documented transfers and launches of products with external manufacturing involvement Perform Product/Technical Stewardship for defined key molecules Assess impact of technical changes, technical feasibility and scope / design of technical batches Lead or support root cause investigation of product and process failures Represent the interface to Sandoz Internal Development and ensure that new products and processes are well developed for commercial scale and entire product life cycle Contribute to the registration strategy and ensure alignment of (regulatory) timelines What youll bring to the role: Essential Requirements: University Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry or equivalent Min. 6 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (aseptic operations), solid understanding of biotechnology Demonstrated accomplishments in a global/matrix environment Strong project management experience and problem solving skills Technical expertise in aseptic manufacturing process science and drug development Youll receive: Attractive salary with incentive program Modern company pension scheme Flexible working hours / home-office depending on the position 14 weeks of paid parental leave Additional days off (bridge-days) Subsidized meals in our canteen Sustainable mobility in the form of company transportation, shift buses and car sharing Company Kindergarden and summer camps for children Wellbeing & mental health offers Learning and development options for your personal and professional growth Worldwide career opportunities In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 77.543,90 /year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, however, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
