You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage. You identify and resolve potential issues in the onboarding process in collaboration with customers and colleagues. You oversee upgrades of our solutions for existing clients. Through close customer contact, you help improve our product and processes. Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects. You work in a structured and organized manner, even under pressure, managing multiple tasks effectively. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer locations. You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
