The role aims to grow our service business by selling new service contracts across various vertical markets. Reporting to the European Service Sales Leader, your primary focus will be to identify new service customers from targeted end users, new installations, or the non-contracted installed base. You will build customer contacts, provide consultative support by understanding their needs (energy savings, customer experience, regulations), and develop value propositions based on our Service Offering. You will also prepare service proposals based on SaaS models, negotiate contracts, and secure orders. Additionally, you will serve as the main expert and contact in Italy for selling Building Performance Services, including remote services via the Honeywell Building Operations Centers and digitized maintenance through the Forge Platform.Your responsibilitiesAchieve annual order quotas by closing new maintenance contracts, adhering to pricing and sales policies.Identify, target, and qualify new customer acquisition opportunities to expand the service customer base.Collaborate with Project Managers, Field Service Professionals, other Sales Representatives, and support functions (estimation, legal, supply, etc.).Work with Business Consultants to create Service Proposals within new installation opportunities.Promote Building Performance Services internally and externally.Develop high-level customer relationships, understand operational issues, and formulate strategies to address them.Build relationships with top Facility Management Companies in Italy to identify opportunities for productivity and satisfaction improvements.Create a clear vision for customer/supplier relationships and engage leadership to support customer management at executive levels.Stay informed about emerging trends and competitors initiatives.Identify innovative ways HBT can add value for customers.Travel across Italy as needed.Must haveBA/BS degree in business or a technical field from an accredited institution.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in service sales roles with consultative selling.Significant quota-carrying sales experience with at least 100% quota attainment.Fluent in English.Knowledge of Building Management Systems, Fire, Security, and Energy Management.Experience in Building Automation / Smart Buildings industry.What We Can Offer YouDynamic, stimulating international work environment.Culture of inclusion, diversity, and innovation.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge products and solutions.Competitive salary package.Potential for career growth within the company.If this is your dream role, we would love to hear from you.Additional InformationHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
