The Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of RevoDatas operations. Youll be responsible for building and running the day-to-day operational backbone of the company, allowing our commercial leads to focus on strategic growth. Create a scalable operational structure, bring clarity and consistency, and ease the load on leadership.
Next to working with the CEO youll also work closely with the commercial side of the business as well as all of our Databricks Experts.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and professionalize daily operations across the company, including processes, planning, and internal communication.
- Own resource planning: ensure project resourcing is accurate, timely, and scalable.
- Oversee office operations: support and guide our Office Champions and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive people operations: bring structure to internal workflows, timesheet compliance and HR etc.
- Collaborate with sales to proactively balance consultant availability with business development demand, ensuring alignment between hiring and sales pipelines.
- Support financial operations: support internal financial processes such as monthly reporting, budget tracking, and cost oversight.
- Build the foundation for scale: design and implement repeatable processes and tools that will support our growth to 40+ people.
Who You Are
- Proven experience scaling teams from ~30 to 60+ people (please note: this role is not suited to those with experience only in early-stage growth, e.g. 0 to 20 people).
- Background in Consulting, Data, Analytics and/or AI is preferred, given the nature of our work and clients.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive about bringing structure.
- A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
- A people-first operator who understands the value of clear communication and consistency.
- Familiar with resource planning, basic finance oversight, internal ops tools, and managing cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English & Dutch
