What you will be doing: You will be responsible for execution of procurement process in terms of opex purchase in accordance with Umicore standards, creation cost savings and added value, execution of KPI, keeping excellent relationship Suppliers and stakeholders. Market screening for new sources of OPEX purchases. Preparing request for information / proposal / quotation documents (including functional specifications) in collaboration with experienced buyer or P&T Manager. Revision of offers from commercial and technical side in collaboration with experienced buyer or P&T Manager. Preparation of offer comparisons. Taking part in negotiations in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services in collaboration with experienced buyer or P&T Manager. Processing purchase orders and contracts in collaboration with the procurement manager. Cooperation with internal stakeholders in the project stages of planning and execution. Building and maintaining a good relationship with new and existing suppliers. Administration of purchases in SAP / SRM systems. Following the purchase process from requisition to pay. Reporting. Execution of order points, safety stocks for inventory items (SKU - stock keeping unit). Administration of purchases in UMP and COP systems. Preparation and maintenance of the master data. Taking part in contracts'' management - in participation with stakeholders, internal Legal Department and external consultants under the supervision of Senior staff or Manager.
