Luigi Fedeli e Figlio Srl is looking for a Credit Specialist to join our Administration Team Office.Reporting directly to the Administrative Director, he/she will play a crucial role in managing credit collection process for ourcustomers.Main activities and responsibilitiesAnalyse and evaluate customer orders unlocking by monitoring customers'' credit exposure to mitigate risks and propose preventive measuresManage reminder activity in line with company credit policiesManage problems related to payments and/or disputes and negotiate/define repayment plans where necessaryCollect financial information about new customers and review other customers financial information for the seasonal credit lines renewalAccount and allocate customers receiptsControl and reconcile accounting entriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers to facilitate smooth credit collectionPrepare periodic reporting (including "Intrastat")Credit notes, Down Payment invoices, Accounting entries.Management of several types of payment termsAccount receivables management including cheques, letter of credit, credit cards, wire transfers, "RI.BA.".Management of cetificates of origin.RequirementsBachelors Degree in Economics or High School DiplomaAt least 3 years of previous experience in credit collection and receivables accountingFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken (the interview will be both in English and Italian)Knowledge of another language will be considered a plusGood knowledge of MS Office package (Excel)Ability to relate and negotiate with customersKnowledge of English, Excel and several accounting concepts will be specifically tested during interviews.IMMEDIATE availability.
