ASE Global is hiring an Account ManagerJoin our team and play a mission-critical role in supporting some of the world''s most prestigious OEM Automotive clients through industry-leading software solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and nurture client relationships to ensure customer success, driving performance and profitability.Work with OEMs, dealer networks, and dealerships to increase volume, profitability, and business improvement.Identify customer problems and devise impactful programs.Support and guide customers in using ASE''s products, working cross-functionally within the company.Create and maintain relationships to understand and meet customer needs.Visit customers to identify business opportunities.Oversee dealer submissions and validation processes.Communicate with dealership accountants regarding submission issues.Analyze reports and lead review meetings with franchises.Identify underperforming dealers and facilitate improvement plans.Manage new franchise launches and roll-outs.Lead project management efforts, leveraging team resources to meet schedules and quality standards.Maintain and improve reporting solutions and data analysis standards.Provide technical expertise and consultancy.About YouBachelor''s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience, preferably supporting software products.Knowledge of accountancy or financial principles.Proficiency in English and Italian, verbal and written.Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.Client-facing experience and detail-oriented mindset.Experience supporting Cloud or SaaS products.Flexible working arrangements, with ability to work from Verona office and remotely.Legally authorized to work in Italy.Great If You HaveAutomotive industry background, including dealer or OEM consultancy or audit experience.Training expertise.MBA (advantageous but not essential).#J-18808-Ljbffr
