Responsibilities Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects. Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs; prepare bidding documents. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information. Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or related fields. Familiarity with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems. Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiarity with grid-forming PCS technology. Knowledge of energy storage project development processes and requirements in overseas regions. Priority given to candidates with 10 years of experience in energy projects (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.). Ability to read and understand various English technical specifications and papers; proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
