Our recent new joiners in the brand portfolio are Dunkin'' and G La Dalle in France as well as Asian style restaurant-chain Chopstix in the UK.What is this position about?As QSRP grows & faces increasingly complex supply chains, the role of Head of Distribution is critical in optimizing operational performance and driving competitive advantage. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The Head of Distribution plays a key role in supporting growth initiatives, improving service levels, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all distribution activities. The position reports directly into QSRP Head of Procurement & Supply Chain & will oversee distinctive teams: Distribution Benelux and Distribution France with a clear plan to expand to other European markets.This is what you will be doing:Logistics:Manage the relationship with our logistic partnersOversee day to day performance & ensure contractual terms are enforcedDevelop long term strategic plan for QSRP distribution in key marketsFinance:Manage monthly COGS updateManage supply chain fundsProcurement:Manages QSRP tail spend / local purchasing (~EUR 60m)Ensure prices are updated monthly across all business units & duly communicated to the businessGeneral Management:Act as main point of contact for the different business unitsEnsure & enhance collaboration with main stakeholders (QA, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Legal)Coach & develop talents in the distribution teamThis is what you bring:MSc or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or any quantitative field10+ years of experience in distributionFoodservice experience is a great plusGreat communication skills - you convey complex topics in a simple mannerGreat Excel skillsFrench & English native or fluent , Dutch, Italian & German will be considered a plus
