As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicatedand proactive Facilities Administrator to support our operations inParis, France. Position Summary: As a Facilities Administrator, youwill be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operationof our Paris facility. You will work closely with local serviceproviders, manage day-to-day administrative tasks, and supportstaff accommodation and cultural onboarding efforts. This rolerequires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, andthe ability to work with both internal teams and external vendors.Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with local service providers forsite renovations, procurement, and ongoing facility maintenance. -Manage and coordinate staff accommodation logistics, includingbooking, contracts, and check-ins for incoming employees. - Overseeday-to-day administrative operations of the facility, ensuring thatsupplies, equipment, and services are readily available. - Supportcultural onboarding and training programs for new employees toensure smooth integration into the company culture. - Track andmanage service contracts, facility documentation, and budgetreports. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmentalstandards and company policies. - Serve as the primary point ofcontact for any facility-related requests or issues from staff orvendors. Qualifications & Skills: - Prior experience infacilities administration, office management, or site coordination,preferably within a logistics or industrial environment. -Familiarity with local vendors and service providers in Paris is aplus. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, withattention to detail. - Strong communication skills in French andEnglish (both written and spoken). - Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite and basic facilities management tools. - Ability towork independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. -Reliable, with a strong commitment to operational excellence andhigh standards.
