YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE
As an Intern Digital Analytics, you will be part of the Market Empowerment & KPI Governance - Global Digital Analytics team, a group that plays a key role within adidas by connecting and empowering market analytics teams with data and AI driven insights and harmonized solutions for a faster time to market. The team works closely with the Global Digital Analytics organization, Market Digital Analytics teams across the globe, Digital Analytics Tech team and Digital Product organization and is involved in a wide range of projects such as market enablement initiatives, maturity assessments, demand management processes, best practice sharing and analytics community engagement, AI-powered analytics projects, KPI and metric governance, and development of scalable solutions that help markets become more autonomous and data-driven, contributing directly to adidas’ overall success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO & LEARN
- Be the voice of the market into Digital Analytics and support global initiatives that help adidas markets become more data-driven and self-sufficient by understanding market needs and identifying growth opportunities.
- Contribute to innovation and automation initiatives, exploring opportunities to leverage AI and new technologies to simplify processes, enable new capabilities and enhance ways of working.
- Support the global and market analytics community engagement through communications, presentations, and storytelling for a diverse audience.
- Help identify, document, and share best practices and success stories across markets worldwide.
- Assist in the creation of playbooks, toolkits, and knowledge-sharing resources that accelerate analytics adoption and enablement.
- Gain hands-on exposure to Digital Analytics and Tech landscape and tools.
- Develop skills such as stakeholder management, analytical thinking, project and process management, automation, communication…
- Build confidence working in an international team
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Enrolled as a fulltime student for the entire duration of the internship
- Studying data analytics, data science, business administration, information systems, business intelligence, economics, or a related field.
- Available for the full internship period 01/02/2027 - 31/07/2027
- Comfortable working in English, both speaking and writing.
- Motivated to learn, curious, and open to feedback
- Interest in digital analytics, data-driven decision making, KPI and data governance, AI-powered business solutions, digital transformation, market enablement, and cross-functional collaboration in global environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Passion for sport and/or an active lifestyle

- Duration: 6 months
- Working hours: 39 hours per week (full-time)
- Contract type: Internship (student status required throughout)
- Holidays: 10 days during the internship
- Location: Hoogoorddreef 9A, 1101 BA Amsterdam, The Netherlands
- Transportation costs: Covered by adidas
