What Youll Be Doing: Designing, building, and developing AI solutions for a diverse range of clients. Collaborating closely with other business lines, operating at the intersection of AI and innovation - becoming the go-to expert when others need help. Translating customer needs into safe, responsible, and effective AI solutions through sharp questioning and creative problem-solving. Applying and sharing best practices in AI, and actively exploring new technologies and innovations. Developing low- and pro-code AI applications on leading cloud platforms, including GenAI agents and machine learning solutions. Working hands-on with Python, C#, and frameworks such as Pyspark, TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Langchain, and Autogen. Building and testing multi-agent systems and deploying solutions using modern AI tools. Engaging with clients and colleagues to understand business challenges and deliver tailored AI solutions. Continuously developing and optimizing AI agents, integrating new functionalities and technologies. Essential Skills: 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Software Engineer Strong proficiency in Python and/or C#, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Langchain, or Autogen Experience developing low- and pro-code AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents) Proven ability to translate business needs into impactful AI solutions Professional proficiency in Dutch and English (native not required) Bonus Skills: Experience with GenAI agents and multi-agent systems Familiarity with Promptflow, MCP server, or developing solutions for manufacturing, finance, or healthcare sectors Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues Flexible working: Hybrid setup work from inspiring offices in Amersfoort, Deventer, Zwolle, or Venlo, at client sites, or remotely!
