As a cleaning supervisor, you lead various cleaningteams. These are active at various locations in the region ofGhent, Lokeren, Aalst. Important tasks for this vacancy are: - Youcheck the quality of the work performed, communicate clearly withyour team and the client, and organize and coordinate the cleaningactivities - You handle the planning, follow up on administrationand absences, - You are responsible for directing, training, andhiring staff - You are attentive to the needs and wishes of theclient and respond to them.
