About the RoleAs an Application Analyst, you will be the trusted expertsupporting healthcare organizations in implementing InterSystemssolutions effectively and efficiently. Your deep understanding ofbusiness processes, clinical workflows, and billing requirements inItaly will be instrumental in guiding customers toward the best-fitimplementation while minimizing custom development. You will becomean expert product resource, working closely with clients tooptimize their use of InterSystems technology. From processanalysis to system integration, your role is critical in ensuring aseamless transition for healthcare organizations. Staying up todate with the latest product developments will be a key part ofyour success. Key Responsibilities - Lead applicationimplementation efforts, ensuring projects are deliveredsuccessfully and on time - Advise customers on best practices,maximizing the benefits of InterSystems solutions while minimizingcustom work - Support healthcare professionals and stakeholders,guiding them through system integration and optimization - Conducttrainings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring users adopt andmaximize the technology - Monitor billing workflows, ensuringcompliance with public and private hospital regulations in Italy -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve implementationchallenges and drive efficiency - Maintain strong customerrelationships, ensuring long-term success with InterSystemsproducts What You Bring - Excellent communication skills, includingexperience in training, workshops, and stakeholder engagement -Consultative mindset, able to articulate ideas and advise clientseffectively - 2+ years of experience working in healthcare, with astrong understanding of clinical workflows - Expertise in billingrules and financial processes within Italys public and privatehealthcare systems - Background in IT services, with experience insoftware implementation and customer-facing roles - Proficiency inItalian, good level of English - Strong business process mappingand functional documentation skills - Previous experience as anApplication Analyst or Configuration Specialist, or in changemanagement roles - Experience conducting software testing andsystem validation - A university degree in Biomedical Engineeringor related disciplines What''s In It For You?
