Product Pre-Sales Engineer (Intrusion)

Could base in BCN or Valencia



Responsibility:


  1. Design technical solutions based on each client''s specific needs.
  2. Deliver product presentations and provide technical training to clients on specific solutions.
  3. Prepare documentation, bids, business cases, and responses to RFPs or RFIs.
  4. Provide post-sales technical support for key clients defined by the company, and also for new clients during the initial stage.
  5. Accompany the sales team to key customer meetings.
  6. Act as the liaison between the client and the R&D team.
  7. Support and follow up on product customizations, including both hardware and firmware.
  8. Test new products and validate modifications and new firmware versions.
  9. Manage inquiries from distributors.
  10. Keep the CRA (Customer Relationship Agreements) up to date and address their needs and questions.
  11. Contribute to product improvements and adaptation of the teams to usage in Spain and to regulations.
  12. Assigned coverage area: Spain and Portugal.



Requirement:


  1. Have experience in intrusion market, and strong technical knowledge of intrusion products.
  2. Bachelor degree, above, computer,electronic,communication, and related major.
  3. Strong presentation skills and communication coordination skill.
  4. Ability to convey complex technologies and specifications.
  5. Strong learning capability and problem analysis, solving capability.
  6. Good at Spanish and English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  7. Have strong adaptability, can adapt to frequent business trip.
