Product Pre-Sales Engineer (Intrusion)
Could base in BCN or Valencia
Responsibility:
- Design technical solutions based on each client''s specific needs.
- Deliver product presentations and provide technical training to clients on specific solutions.
- Prepare documentation, bids, business cases, and responses to RFPs or RFIs.
- Provide post-sales technical support for key clients defined by the company, and also for new clients during the initial stage.
- Accompany the sales team to key customer meetings.
- Act as the liaison between the client and the R&D team.
- Support and follow up on product customizations, including both hardware and firmware.
- Test new products and validate modifications and new firmware versions.
- Manage inquiries from distributors.
- Keep the CRA (Customer Relationship Agreements) up to date and address their needs and questions.
- Contribute to product improvements and adaptation of the teams to usage in Spain and to regulations.
- Assigned coverage area: Spain and Portugal.
Requirement:
- Have experience in intrusion market, and strong technical knowledge of intrusion products.
- Bachelor degree, above, computer,electronic,communication, and related major.
- Strong presentation skills and communication coordination skill.
- Ability to convey complex technologies and specifications.
- Strong learning capability and problem analysis, solving capability.
- Good at Spanish and English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Have strong adaptability, can adapt to frequent business trip.
