Currently we are seeking a professional who assist in the development of projects from the greenfield phase, focusing on the search and valuation of potential land for development, traveling regularly to the different areas where the projects are located.
Key responsibilitiesLocating new sites on which to develop/build projects in Spain.Negotiate leasing/purchase-sale contracts as well as surface rights with landowners.Liaise with municipalities and/or other administrations in coordination with the Development team.Develop and maintain a network of local partners for land sourcing, such as real estate brokers or similar.Management of the company''s current land portfolio.Supporting the origination team in administrative procedures.Follow up in the permitting process with the authorities and administrations.Exploration of possible local partnerships with the authorities and suppliers.Collect and analyze data to set up the land portfolio strategy and its direction.Preparation for all kinds of company reports as required.Other related works as necessary
Experience and position requirementsEducation in ADE, Law, Architecture, Engineering or similar.Proven experience in land negotiation and contracting.2-3 years of experience in similar positions.Specific technical knowledge of urban planning regulations in Spain. Knowledge of the administrative procedures required for the construction and operation of energy projects from an urban planning point of view will be an asset.Advanced knowledge of Office package.Availability to travel nationwide: between 25%-50%, depending on the degree of development of the projects.Proactivity and initiative.
