Site Manager – Dublin – ResidentialOur client is a €500m turnover, multi-disciplined main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland Europe. They undertake large turnkey projects for blue-chip clientele, in Europe the focus is on Data Centres and similar tech-focussed projects. In Ireland they operate as more of a generalist main contractor working across a variety of industry sectors including healthcare / hospitals, residential, education and industrial.Due to a recent project win, our client is now seeking a Site Manager in Dublin.Responsibilities * Oversee Daily Site Operations: Manage and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure the smooth delivery of residential fitout works in line with project timelines and specifications. * Subcontractor Management: Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards and schedules. * Quality Control Finishing Standards: Maintain a high standard of finish across all fitout works, conducting regular inspections to uphold design intent and client expectations. * Site Safety Compliance: Enforce WHS regulations and site safety protocols, including conducting toolbox talks and site inductions. * Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager, including site diaries, progress reports, and identification of any potential delays or issues.RequirementsMust have 3+ years’ experience in a site Manager roleMust have Fit Out experience in a Site Manager roleDegree level qualification is preferredBenefits€65,000 - €80,000 + Benefits
