Our end customer is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HR Process Analyst to play a critical role in the transformation and optimisation of HR and payroll processes. This role involves mapping and improving as-is to to-be workflows across Oracle Fusion Cloud and ADP platforms, supporting an ongoing implementation programme.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate & Analyse: Work with Finance, HR, and IT teams to define requirements and build out optimal Oracle Fusion and ADP solutions.
Implement & Integrate: Configure Oracle HR/Finance modules and facilitate integrations with ADP for payroll, benefits, and time tracking.
Optimise Processes: Assess existing operations, propose automation opportunities, and introduce HR best practices.
Stakeholder Support: Provide system training, process documentation, and cross-functional support to internal teams and vendors.
Document & Maintain: Deliver clear SOPs, system documentation, training materials, and maintain compliance with SOX and data privacy standards.
Key Skills Required
Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in HRIS or Finance domains.
Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
Hands-on knowledge of ADP platforms (Workforce Now, GlobalView, or Vantage).
Skilled in producing functional specifications, documentation, and process guides.
Understanding of financial and payroll compliance (SOX, GAAP, GDPR).
