Our client is specialised in a specific FMCG domain.It''s an international company, with more than 40 sub-enterprisesbut that still keeps a transparent and family mindset and approach.ERP Analyst Functieomschrijving Pre-Implementation Phase: -Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business teams tounderstand workflows, pain points, and data structures to supportERP system configuration. - Vendor Collaboration: Assist inliaising with ERP vendor(s) and implementation partner(s) to ensuresystem setup aligns with business needs. - System Testing:Participate in system testing, including UAT (User AcceptanceTesting), to identify potential issues before deployment. - DataPreparation: Support data collection, cleansing, and migrationefforts to ensure accuracy and completeness. - TrainingPreparation: Help develop user training materials and readinessprograms ahead of deployment. - Change Management Support: Assistin communicating system changes and guiding teams through processadjustments. Post-Implementation Phase: - User Support: Serve as afirst point of contact for end-user issues, troubleshooting, andguidance. - System Optimization: Identify and suggest improvementsto configurations and workflows based on user feedback and businessneeds. - Ongoing Training: Deliver refresher training and supportnew hires in learning the system. - Performance Monitoring: Helpmonitor ERP system performance, escalate technical issues, andcollaborate with the IT team or vendors for resolution. -Reporting: Assist in setting up standard and custom reports toensure stakeholders have access to necessary data insights. Profiel- Education: Bachelor''s degree in IT, Business, or a related field(or equivalent work experience). - Experience & TechnicalSkills: - At least 2 years in ERP support, administration, or asimilar role. - Experience with ERP platforms like SAP, OracleNetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar systems. -Understanding of ERP modules such as finance, supply chain,manufacturing, and sales. - Familiarity with SQL, basic scripting,and system integration concepts is a plus. - Must be fluent inEnglish any other language is a plus. - Soft Skills: - Stronganalytical and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities to work with technical andnon-technical users. - Ability to manage multiple tasks andprioritize effectively. - Certifications: ERP-relatedcertifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate,Microsoft Dynamics Certification) are a plus.
