About the Role As our Marketing Assistant, youll support the marketing team in various digital projects across Europe. Youll work closely with content, eCommerce, and design teammates, gaining experience in
web editing, email campaigns, influencer marketing, content coordination, and KPI analysis . Were not looking for years of experiencewhat matters most is your curiosity, drive, adaptability, and willingness to learn. This role is
based in our Madrid offices (Las Rozas) .
What Youll Be Doing: Help update and maintain our
eCommerce websites
using Magento (no coding neededjust attention to detail and good coordination). Support our email marketing specialist with
campaign set-up and automation tasks
in Klaviyo. Coordinate with influencers and affiliateshelp organize contacts, follow-ups, product shipments, and track results. Assist in organizing and executing
marketing campaigns
across digital channels. Contribute to our
content calendar
and collaborate with the team to bring ideas to life. Monitor campaign performance and web KPIs, helping us learn, pivot, and improve.
Who You Are: Youre just starting your career or have 12 years of marketing experience and want to keep learning. Youre organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a
cross-functional team . Youre flexible, resourceful, and not afraid to
adapt quickly
or try something new. You love the world of digital marketing and are eager to build your skills in real-world projects. You have
strong communication skills in both Spanish (essential) and English (spoken and written) . You enjoy analyzing results and proposing ideas to do things better. You bring a
positive attitude
and are ready to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
