We turn our clients complexities into value through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.Responsibilities:Design of IT Architectures and IT Frameworks (Organizations and Processes)IT Cost Benefits Analysis in Healthcare or public administration domainsAnalysis and Redesign of Healthcare or public sector processesMarket analysis to support building partnerships for new servicesDrafting of project documentation (technical and functional)Participate in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross-functional teamsContribute to project methodologies, tools, and workstep executionSupport client management and relationship buildingRequirements:Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics25 years of experience in Management Consulting in Healthcare or Public SectorA proven passion for the relevant areasItalian mother tongue and good English skills (both oral and written)Good relational and analytical skills, proactivity, ability to work in teams, willingness to travel, and focus on goalsLocation: Naples with remote work possibility#LI-HybridNote: If you are not a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
