Job Description: Lead Architect at HCLTech
About the Role:
HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced TIBCO Technical Team Lead to join our team on-site at one of our prestigious clients in Utrecht, The Netherlands. As a Lead Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions using TIBCO and Golang microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecting Software Solutions: Design and develop robust software solutions leveraging TIBCO and Golang microservices.
- User Story Review: Review and approve user stories to ensure alignment with project goals and standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to a team of TIBCO developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in TIBCO: In-depth knowledge of TIBCO StreamBase, BusinessWorks, BusinessEvents, EMS, and ActiveSpaces.
- Azure Experience: Proficiency in working with Azure cloud services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with a solution-driven mindset.
- Political Acumen: Ability to navigate internal politics effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- NS Obis Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the current and future state of the NS Obis platform, including Train-Shore software and PaaS architecture/AMQP.
- Public Transport Domain Experience: Previous experience in the public transport sector is a plus.
Activities Include:
- Software Architecture: Leading the architecture of software solutions with TIBCO and Golang microservices.
