Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
As the Assistant Manager Talent Attraction & Development, you will play a key role in shaping the workforce at our Rieste site — from operators to director-level roles. You will own the full 360° recruitment cycle and ensure an outstanding candidate and employee experience.
Working closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, our global Centers of Expertise, and partners across our European DC network, you will not only attract top talent but also ensure smooth onboarding and support their continued development within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: from requisition approval and hiring manager briefings to job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing strategies, and offer management.
- Work together with our external personnel service providers, ensuring quality, efficiency, and strong partnerships.
- Manage an engaging onboarding experience for all employee levels, together with European HR and business stakeholders.
- Support employee development through planning and coordinating engagement initiatives, learning activities, and training events across our local sites.
- Strengthen our internal and external talent pipeline, including fostering internal rotations within our European distribution center network.
- Create, track, and report KPIs, using dashboards to measure progress and identify improvement opportunities.

- HR Expertise: First experience in HR, ideally in talent attraction and/or learning & development within larger and international organizations.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in Human Resources or a related field.
- Initial HR work experience in recruiting, talent attraction, or talent development — ideally in an international environment.
- International exposure (studies or internships abroad) is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel nationally to other sites and recruiting events.
