We are searching for an exceptional Head of Operationsto lead and shape the growth of a thriving food and beverage brandacross the Central Western Europe region, covering France, Germany,the Netherlands, and Switzerland. This role is central to thebusiness''s ambitious expansion plan, aiming to scale from 35existing sites to 100+ locations by 2027. This is an opportunity tomake a lasting impact in a high-growth environment, leading awell-established brand to its next chapter of success. RoleOverview: As the Head of Operations for Central Western Europe, youwill be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of the region.This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring brandconsistency, and driving sustainable growth through innovativestrategies and seamless execution. You will act as the key point ofcontact between regional operations and the central leadership teambased in Paris, aligning local execution with global objectives.Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership: Manage and optimisethe performance of 40 existing stores across France, Germany, theNetherlands, and Switzerland (excluding the UK). - StrategicExpansion: Lead 30 new store rollouts in 2026, with the vision toreach 100+ locations by 2027. - Team Management: Supervise andmentor Market Managers and regional support teams, fostering aculture of excellence and collaboration. - Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Work closely with HR, Real Estate, Supply Chain, andLegal teams based in Paris to ensure smooth operations andcompliance. - Change Management & Decentralisation: Driveregional autonomy while maintaining alignment with the globalstrategy, empowering local markets to operate efficiently. -Process Implementation: Develop and implement scalable processes,KPIs, and growth strategies that support expansion and maintainhigh standards of quality and service. - Brand Consistency: Ensurethat every location consistently reflects the companys values,service standards, and brand identity. Your Profile: We are lookingfor a strategic leader with a passion for growth and a proven trackrecord in multi-site operations within the QSR, retail, orhospitality sectors. - 810+ years of experience in senioroperations roles, managing multiple sites across Western Europe. -Demonstrated expertise in scaling brands, launching new locations,and optimising multi-market operations. - Strong understanding ofP&L management, regulatory compliance, and market-specificchallenges. - Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams, drivingperformance, and maintaining brand integrity. - Fluent in English;French is highly beneficial but not essential. - Willingness torelocate to Paris and travel within the region asrequired.
