Make recommendations to modify customer part specifications and tolerances as necessary to support cost-effective production.Provide engineering support to operations ensuring consistent application of quality techniques.Resolve quality issues related to capability, tolerances, and materials.Identify problems, examine solutions, implement action plans, and allocate resources to resolve quality issues.Develop and submit PPAP documents for new product launches to meet customer requirements.Recommend process changes based on findings and verify their effectiveness.Participate in APQP activities to determine appropriate measurement systems during new tool or process design and startup.Collaborate to develop D/P-FMEA and validate production processes based on P-FMEA action plans.Maintain Control Plans and FMEAs throughout the product lifecycle.Promote problem-solving techniques for root cause analysis and corrective actions.Apply statistical techniques and measurement system analysis tools appropriately.Analyze existing processes, propose solutions, and verify outcomes.Ensure customer requirements are met during production.Support production trials to ensure readiness and compliance.Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints.Utilize measurement tools to ensure data accuracy.Align activities with the company''s strategic objectives.QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing.2 to 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive Tier1 or Tier2 suppliers.Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, statistical methods, and international quality standards.Ability to interpret technical drawings and regulations.Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 procedures.Experience with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, PPAP.Knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean techniques.Fluent in English and Italian.Proficiency in MS Office.Additional InformationParker Hannifin EMEA Srl, based in Etoy, Switzerland, supports the EMEA region, with the Engineered Materials Group and NVH services.Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 company leading in motion and control technologies, committed to engineering breakthroughs for a better tomorrow.We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
