In this role, you willprovide essential support to both customers and internal teams,ensuring optimal use of Unox products and services. MainActivities: - Provide top-tier technical support to customers,ensuring they can use products optimally and resolving any issuespromptly. - Collaborate with internal teams to identifymalfunctions and contribute to the continuous improvement of futureproduct versions. - Design and deliver training courses on productusage and technical support, equipping both customers andcolleagues with the necessary skills for efficient use. - Monitorand report common causes of failures, aiming to optimize processesand improve product quality. - Act as a key liaison betweentechnical support, design teams, and customers, ensuring smoothcommunication and swift resolution of issues. Requirements: -Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field; - Excellentproficiency in English and German; - Strong communication andproblem-solving skills; - Willingness to travel for customersupport and internal training purposes.
