We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior UX Designer to join the Heart of Vegas game team.As a Senior UX Designer, you'll take ownership of the UX for Heart of Vegas, designing and improving game features that meet player expectations and deliver clear, engaging experiences. You'll work closely with cross-disciplinary partners including Product, Art, UI, and Research, helping to deliver intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences.This is a hands-on, collaborative role where your design decisions will reach a global audience and directly influence one of the largest mobile social casino games in the world.What You’ll DoOwn UX design for new features and improvements, balancing player needs with product goalsCreate user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate and validate design intentPartner with UX Researchers and leverage data insights to inform and iterate on designsWork closely with Product Managers, Art, and UI Designers to deliver cohesive, high-quality player experiencesMaintain and evolve Heart of Vegas's design system alongside the team, ensuring consistent patterns and visual language across featuresPresent and articulate design solutions to team members and integrate feedback effectivelyWork across different areas of the game to help deliver the best possible player experienceSupport the growth of UX craft within the team by sharing knowledge, tools, and guidelinesReport to the Director of User Experience DesignWhat We’re Looking For4-6 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Product Designer, or equivalent roleA portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions, with examples of wireframes, flows, prototypes, and shipped features and their impactStrong proficiency with UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similarStrong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and design systemsExperience contributing to or maintaining a design systemExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentAbility to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform and defend design decisionsClear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present and explain designs to technical and non-technical audiencesA passion for mobile games and a curiosity about what makes them engaging and successfulBonus PointsExperience designing for mobile games or entertainment productsFamiliarity with Unity or game development pipelinesInterest in social casino games or other mobile-first genresWhy the Product Madness UX Design TeamCollaborate with seasoned UX professionals and contribute your expertise to one of the largest mobile gaming audiences in the worldOwn and design features that directly impact millions of players and receive actionable real-time feedback on your workWork closely with multidisciplinary teams in a highly collaborative environmentDeepen your understanding of how top-grossing mobile games are built, scaled, and evolved over timeIf you’re eager to grow, hungry to contribute, and excited by games, we’d love to hear from you.
